At The Hair Pick Chick, we want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method—timing may vary depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges: Need a different color or design? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. If there’s a price difference, we’ll apply a refund or additional charge as needed.
